"I really enjoy the group. I feel it has been helpful, informative, and motivating.”

“Thank you for creating a safe space for accountability and community!”

“Words can’t express how thankful I am for this support group.”

“So thankful for this group. Great facilitator.”

“Support groups have been such an excellent opportunity for encouragement and progress in my journey. I have been so blessed to form a sisterhood with real women facing the same real struggles and overcoming together!”

“5 out of 5 stars!!! Seriously, thank you for offering this. I know it’s a lot of preparation and I appreciate all you’ve done.”

"Hope & Her has provided life changing support for me. It is invaluable to find a group of women going through the same experience. I'm so grateful to have a place to share my struggles."

"This support group was such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it to everyone!!! I completely agree with this testimonial that it felt healing to be able to share my story openly with others who were going through the same things!! Finally some understanding around it. Thank you for putting these on, I’m forever grateful!"

“I cannot stress enough the important of being able to communicate with and relate to people who are going through the same thing, especially if you don’t have a close friend or relative to emotionally support you through the process. The groups are structured, which I like, but still flexible enough where you can talk about the topics that are important to you, and real advice from women across the country and world. If you are hesitant, TRY IT! If it doesn’t work for you after the first session, no problem. But if you are someone who thrives on interpersonal communication, empathy, and community than this support group is something you don’t want to miss.”

“Natalie facilitated our group so smoothly. We were comfortable asking questions and responding to difficult topics because of her warmth and support ... this group allowed me to make the emotional progress that had been holding me back from true recovery. I encourage anyone interested to sign up!”

“THANK YOU x a million for doing this work in the world!!!!!! Natalie is amazing, disarming, knowledgable, warm, good humored and down-to-earth. Thank you Natalie!”

“It was great, I love our group!”

“Having this support group of amazing women gave me so much encouragement. It provided affirmation that I wasn't the only person struggling with vaginismus, and it allowed space to receive encouragement, practical advice, and mutual support. It felt safe, loving, and kind, and I am so grateful for the community.”

“I really appreciate this group! I’m very grateful to be a part of this community and for the sense of unconditional acceptance it provides.”

“These support groups offer the support and encouragement I need to keep making progress on my vaginismus journey. I’m so grateful to Natalie and the other participants for helping me feel seen, worthy, and capable of overcoming vaginismus-something I often felt hopeless about on my own.”

“I live this support group! Natalie, you are AMAZING! you are always ready to support us and encouraging. I look forward to seeing you again in near future! ”

“This was my first time seeking help from a group setting in anything. I didn’t know what to expect. But I really feel like the small group helped. It was so comforting seeing other women who are walking through what I am walking through.”

“I was so happy to be in a group like this. It exceeded my hopes and expectations.”

“Natalie from Hope&Her facilitates a wonderful fun, vulnerable, tender group and discussion around vaginismus, sex and being a woman with this area of difficulty. We are educated, informed and touched by the experiences of other woman and no matter what any of us face individually around vaginismus, I think we all felt a lot less alone on our journey and in the process the beauty of female vulnerability reveals itself, which in and of itself helps heal vaginismus. Thank you!”

“I had never done anything like this before as far as meeting with a support group, let alone for vaginismus. It was amazing meeting other real women whose stories were so similar to mine. Being able to give advice to those just started felt amazing, but also receiving encouragement and meeting others in the same spot I am in with trying to conceive was so refreshing. Didn’t feel so alone. I looked forward to meeting with our group each week - loved our group.”

“Natalie was amazing. She was so warm, kind, gentle, affirming, and helpful. She created a space where we all felt comfortable sharing anything, and she made sure everyone had time to share their thoughts. I am also so thankful that she decided to break the original group up into two separate groups so that we would each have more time to share.”

"It was invaluable for me to meet other women with vaginismus. I felt alone for too long. It was healing to share my story and be validated by women who could relate. Thank you for providing a safe space to process."
